PERSONAL STATEMENT

Today, we are living in high tense environment. The global crisis forces us to empowering our self into the highest expertise. Many companies are failing to face the uncertainty situation. These bring consulting provider lost their clients or having less comparing to previous time.

 

As lecturer, I provide time not only at class but also outside class as HR Consultant. A failing number of clients also impact to me. On the other hand, I feel that some approaches are out of date. Some big consultants nowadays catch small assignments as I had before. Seemingly, the clients prefer to hire them considering the latest technology, new system and international standard, with of course, limited budget as I also offer.

 

Furthermore, I consider the development of my students. Generally, they only study old material. There are fewer lecturers that would to provide new material to their students. I thank to internet, from some blogs and sites that give me a lot of things related to HR materials.

 

 

Unfortunately, in some issues I can not perform since there is no experience or enough training. Many training have been conducted with not affordable fee. Meanwhile, the clients, and also university, require high level education.

 

Why I am taking HR is to perform my basic knowledge in psychology and experience in delivering human resources. I also teach an integrated knowledge that useful in delivering HR in companies.  I want to sharpen my knowledge about KPI approach to large level organization.

 

I realize that providing KPI will give the big impacts. In a crisis situation make companies should take re orientation of their strategy. Mass lay off must to ended by applying KPI. By continuing study in Human resources will improve the awareness and expertise in providing new system with KPI. Besides, I can also inform and teach new approach in delivering HR. there will be double effects since half of my student is working as HR staff.

Why Aussie? I convinced to the quality of Australia education. I see the rapid of curriculum development will assure students to get the latest approaches, theorists and the most important is HR cases. I also predict to openness of Australian people to Indonesian will provide convenient place for me to study.

Thus, I am engaged to pursue my second degree in abroad to have new environment and better networking with others. I want to discuss with many people coming from any other countries. English speaking environment will also make me feel much confident to face people from abroad. Since elementary school, I always in public schools that noted I have an extraordinary performance. My bachelor degree is from reputable and admired university and recently I hold license in conducting psychological measurement.

 

If I get my second degree in HR, I will support my country in providing sustainable development. By taking a part as lecture with overseas degree, will have better opportunity to take apart in research, speaking in national seminar or expert staff in government bodies.
